I will be talking about the free site Traffic Hoopla and how one can use that single website to promote multiple traffic exchanges. Join me in Traffic Hoopla. For a browser that uses 'tabs' try Mozilla FireFox or Apple Safari. With Safari you can turn off 'Enable Plug-In's" so that videos and other content does not bog your computer down, so I recommend Safari. For PC users you could use Safari just for traffic exchanges and then use Internet Explorer/Mozilla FireFox for everything else.
